Bed was comfortable and we had absolutely no issues at all with the room. The room was spacious and the shower worked fine (body wash and shampoo were nice too) The location was fantastic with it being right next to the train station and only a fifteen minute walk to the main square. Our room was overlooking the main road but the soundproofing was good and we had no noise issues. Would stay here again.

Booked this hotel based on reviews about soundproofing, which was true. They charge an early check in fee of €20 but are happy to store your luggage securely. They also have umbrellas for guests to borrow daily. Bed was comfortable. Room cleaning is done every 2 days but can be daily if requested using a card. I also used the sauna which was lovely (check with reception if the sauna is switched off). A bottle of water provided daily. Air conditioning was working.

Room was perfect, we were on the fifth floor, no noise , room was very spacious, we did not mind the see through shower. location was perfect , 2 minutes from the main train station. check in was very easy , cleaning of room was done every two days , which was fine for us , they provide you with a bottle of water every two days. in reception there were fruits , gummy bears ,for grabs which was nice. we stayed there for 11 nights and in our last night we found two small bottles of wine as a gift waiting for us in our room.

The room was located so close to the main central station and many public transport options and the rooms were surprisingly quiet. The buffet breakfast was good with the option of having freshly cooked eggs and bacon. We were celebrating our honeymoon and had a room upgrade as well as a bottle of wine which was such a lovely touch.

The staff was extraordinary - made me feel like i was the only guest and they tried to make it the best experience. I was definitely not the only guest so i am very impressed

The hotel has a very good location which is very close to the main munich central station, just a few minutes walking distance from ir. There a lot of shops near to the hotel which is very convenient. The receptionist when we arrived was very kind and talked us about recommendations for Christmas markets he prefers within the area.

Very convenient location, just across the street from the main station / Hauptbahnhof Great breakfast! Nice room, also very quiet (which is great, considering the central location) Reliable, fast WiFi Good wellness area with sauna Friendly staff

Very good location beside the main station and an easy walk into the historic centre of Munich. Light, well equipped and spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Room was quiet despite looking out over a busy road. Effective and quiet air conditioning. Tea/ coffee making facilities in the room were very welcome. Friendly staff, particularly in the restaurant. Excellent spread for breakfast and gluten-free options available.

I particularly liked the breakfast with a great variety of food, fresh fruit, fish, and local specialties. Parking/loading area is very convenient as well. The staff was helpful and nice. The room had a shower overlooking pretty much the entire space, but you should be prepared for it as it's clearly depicted in the photos. Railway station is right across the street as well as local shopping center, with walking distance to the historic downtown.
