The hotel is very near to the main train station as well as to public transport and shops and restaurants. It’s walking distance to the Old town. The hotel itself is modern, clean and has wonderful staff, always willing to help. The room was very comfortable, clean and had a fridge, safety box, water and soaps, and good towels. TV channels are mainly German but who wants to watch TV when there’s so much to do in Munich. Windows keep out the noise, so you can sleep well. There seemed to have been business-people as well as tourists. I used the sauna which was nice and clean, mixed F/M. I didn’t have the breakfast so can’t say anything about this. Checking in and out was easy.

Great value for money. Location right near the train station was perfect for what we needed. Nice stroll to the city. Beds were very comfortable and breakfast was great. Most importantly the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Even though it’s self check in, there was a staff member on hand to assist in need, and she helped us with advice on best way to get to the city and airport. The staff at breakfast were equally lovely, as was the staff member who came by our room after check in to see if we needed anything (extra pillows were delivered within minutes). I would definitely stay here if I’m lucky enough to visit Munich again.

Room was a great size. Very quiet, peaceful hotel. Bed very comfortable with nice linen. Fridge in the room was useful for drinks and snacks. Drinking water provided, also fortune cookies. Liked having a kettle for hot drinks. Bathroom area was spacious with easy to use shower and plenty of hot water and towels. Lots of choices at breakfast and all items of good quality. Didn't interact much with hotel staff as everything was provided already but they were all friendly and discreet. Had stayed in Fleming's Vienna so expected a lot and I wasn't disappointed.

Overall I had a great experience at this hotel. I was permitted an early check in for 20 euros, which was so worth it. The lady at the front was nice and welcoming. The breakfast at this hotel is amazing. Everything is fresh (including the coffee and eggs) and so delicious. The room was adequately clean with very hot water, nice mattress/blankets and a few nice amenities like free sparkling water. They also have a gym (although the treadmill does not work). The train station is right across the street and old town is 15 minutes walking on a commercial street.

I had rib eye steak with chips and ratatouille. The location is extremely close to the central train station and bus station for day trips. The Lufthansa shuttle bus to the airport also departs from behind the train station so all in all very convenient.
